It is the first estate offered by Acres Community, a brand of the Hasiru Farms group.

Who can buy at Euphora?
Resident Indian citizens can buy agricultural land in Karnataka following the 2020 amendments to the Karnataka Land Reforms Act; please confirm the current position with your own lawyer.
Under FEMA, NRIs and OCI holders cannot buy agricultural land, plantation property or farmhouses in India while non-resident, though they may inherit them.
