A dark-timber and stone farmhouse among coffee and forest trees in mist

How your farmhouse is planned and built

Build your sanctuary, step by careful step.

From a first conversation to the first morning in your home, designed for your estate and built only once it's approved.

Artist's concept. Design, availability and permissions subject to approval.

01 — The sequence

Seven stages, in this order.

Stages marked with a line depend on the one before. Nothing is built before approvals and a written agreement.

  1. 01

    Design consultation

We talk about how you want to live on the estate: rooms, light, privacy, guests, budget, and which residence concept is closest.

  2. 02

    Site assessment

A survey of your parcel: slope, soil, access, water, existing trees and the views worth keeping.

  3. 03

    Feasibility

Whether, where and what could be built on your land, given its title, permitted use and the project's rules.

  4. 04

    Approvals

All applicable permissions are sought before any construction begins. Timelines depend on the authorities involved.

  5. 05

    Design

A qualified architect and engineers develop the design, drawings and specifications for your home.

  6. 06

    Build

Construction under a written agreement that sets out scope, cost, quality and schedule.

  7. 07

    Finish and handover

Interiors, landscape and a careful handover, with estate care continuing around the house.

02 — Three starting points

Begin from a residence concept.

Each concept is a direction to adapt to your site, not a fixed plan.

03 — Good to know

What we can't promise.

  • That every parcel can take a house. That depends on title, permitted use and approvals.
  • A fixed cost or timeline before the site assessment and design are done.
  • That a home can later host paying guests. That is a separate, optional path with its own conditions.
  • Acres Prime includes a farmhouse and Acres Reserve a bungalow. Their designs, sizes and handover are confirmed project by project.
